Fitterfly is a health tech company providing child nutrition assessments.Fitterfly helps parents, doctors, children with scientific, accurate and convenient Child Nutrition Assessments and customised recommendations. We collect 7-day food intake data and then analyse the various nutrients in food. The analysis covers – 18 macro and micronutrients along with age & gender specific RDA’s. The nutrients covered are Proteins, Carbohydrates, Fats, Iron, Calcium, Omega-3 fats, Fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin B group, Folic acid, Zinc and others. We also provide diet plans and recommendations to cover up deficiency and excess if any. We also take care of food related diseases, allergies, growth and development related issues pertaining to food. We advocate a nutrition assessment for every child every 6 months for the age group 1year -8years and then once a year till 15 years.
