- Doctors should use their judgment to spot errors in diagnostic support services on the Platform and report them to Inditech.
- Doctors understand that third party service providers offer paid services on the Platform and that Inditech isn't responsible for these services. Doctors should review the terms and conditions of these service providers before using or buying their services.
- Patient identifiable information is stored on the Platform for 48 hours and can be accessed for 24 hours after it's uploaded. Doctors are responsible for properly storing and using this information.
- Educational content on the Platform comes from subject matter experts and is published "as-is." Inditech isn't responsible for its accuracy or relevance.
- Doctors must follow ethical and legal practices.
- Specialists who sign up for the Platform promise that they have the right qualifications to practice medicine in their field in India and will keep these qualifications updated.
- Specialists are responsible for the advice they give to doctors and must ask for case history/information to provide accurate advice.
- Specialists aren't responsible for incorrect advice based on wrong case information provided by the Doctor.
- Specialists who directly advise patients are responsible for their advice, but not for incorrect advice based on wrong case information provided by the patient.
- Specialists should only provide services after the Platform confirms the order and payment. Specialists will be paid after they've provided the services.
- Specialists should share prescriptions and case information with doctors and keep records of these communications for legal protection.
- Specialists must follow ethical and legal practices.
- Third Party Service Providers are responsible for the services they provide.
- They must have the necessary permissions to offer their services.
- They should only provide services after the Platform confirms the order and payment. They will be paid after they've provided the services.
- Patients use the Platform and Services at their own risk.
- Patients must provide accurate information to doctors, specialists, and service providers, as their advice and service quality depends on the information provided. Patients understand that these professionals aren't responsible for incorrect services if the patient provides wrong information.
- Patients understand that Inditech, doctors, specialists, and service providers need patient identifiable information to provide Services. By accepting these terms and conditions, patients are giving permission to all these entities to store and use the patient identifiable information for delivering services and for other purposes in an ethical manner.
